2. Norwegian ocean trout, English peas, asparagus, pea coulis.
Hanger steak, polenta, bloomsdale spinach, tomato, artichokes, jus.
Ribeye for two. $30 supplement.

3. Brillat Savarin, walnuts, figs.
Chocolate terrine, crème anglaise, pistachio.

  1. Flat iron and frog legs! But ohh gods, a chocolate terrine! And pistachios. Or the Brillat-Savarin. That’s a brutally hard choice!
