Merry Christmas everyone! Papilles will be closed Christmas Day. We will be hosting a special pop up on Saturday and Sunday (26th and 27th) called Cento Pasta Bar. The regular Papilles menu will not be served!
Cento Pasta Bar is a lunchtime residency that I (Santos) started recently with my friend, Avner Levi. Avner worked with us at Papilles a few years ago, but mostly has been cooking at some great Italian restaurants in LA including Bestia and Sotto. Right now Cento resides at Mignon, our sister wine bar Tuesdays-Fridays 11-3pm. But this Saturday and Sunday, we will be popping up at Papilles. Here’s a little more info:
The normal Papilles menu will not be served. Reservations can be made per usual. Walk ins welcome! Here’s what the Cento menu is looking like right now:
