New year new approach: today we are switching to an a la carte menu. We feel that this will allow us to utilize more products, flavors, and techniques without having the price constraints of a prix fixe menu set within a certain price window. This will also allow our guests to tailor their meals to their respective desires. We’re excited to share our new experiences with you!
Tonight’s menu is somewhat limited, but you can expect it to grow substantially as we gain our footing with this new approach.
