I had the exquisite to part take in the Papilles cuisine weds 5/1///2013 eve where the head chef Tim was at the top of his game in creating the most sensual fillet minion .I had not had red meat since the years 2000,but on this particular beautiful evening my body craved red meat,, and I am sure glad I listened to my body,,, for this was by far one the most delicious steaks I had ever tasted.
