2. Pistachio dusted sole, braised endive, quinoa
Prime NY strip, creamy polenta, roasted carrots, jus
Butter poached Maine lobster, glazed parsnips, bitter salad, lobster jus ($10 supplement, very limited)

3. Sottocenere, walnuts, local honey
