1. Broccoli veloute, chanterelles
Escargot en croute, shaved winter vegetable salad

2. Cassoulet: duck confit, boudin blanc
Skate wing meuniere, cauliflower, brown butter.

3. Brie de meaux, marcona almonds, dried black mission figs
Something sweet.

    • I’m almost positive they’ll accommodate vegetarians. The waiter mentioned something to that effect when I ate their recently.

    • We always have vegetables that we can prepare for a vegetarian and make it taste good, but we wouldn’t suggest this restaurant for a group of vegetarians. We have had vegetarians dine here and they have all loved it.
