1. Salsify veloute, pomegranate
Escargot en croute

2. Braised lamb neck, tahitian squash gnocchi, dandelion greens, rosemary jus
Slow cooked pacific ling cod, celery root, celery, nage.

3. Brie de meaux, marcona almonds, dried black mission figs
Citrus tart with satsuma mandarins and meyer lemon.

    • We probably won’t do a vegetarian entree per se, but we can prepare the regular main courses without the protein, and more garnish. We’ve had a handful of vegetarians who have come in and loved it. Hope to see you guys soon!
