3 courses prix fixe. $25/person

1. Smoked Fijian albacore, creme fraiche, “eggs”
Carrot and ginger veloute, lemongrass espuma

2. Pan roasted local white seabass (kick his ass seabass!), sunchoke, kale, maltaise, citrus
Blanquette de veau, turnip, mushroom, leek

3. Cheese course
Lemon tart

  1. Love your restaurant and hope to see beef and lamb entrees soon–those beef cheeks were amazing. wow, just wow. Can’t wait to come back!
