Christmas Eve Dinner! ( closed Christmas and the 26th)

We will be serving a 4 course dinner this Saturday for Christmas Eve.
1: Shaved winter salad: beets, carrots, persimmon, radish, fennel
OR tahitian squash veloute with tahitian squash foam.
2. Veal sweetbreads, wild mushrooms, english peas.
3. Roast goose, salsify, tuscan kale, orange
OR Ruby trout, red quinoa, roasted beets, wild nettle coulis
OR Braised beef cheeks, white polenta, root vegetables, jus.
4. Cheese course or dessert.
Menu subject to change. Vegetarians can be accommodated.
