Our first menu: week of Monday 12/19/11

Please note that changes may occur during the week.
App: house cured and smoked opa belly, creme fraiche, egg, pickled onion OR tahitian squash veloute, tahitian squash foam, pomegranate.
Main: Idaho ruby trout, red quinoa, golden beets, stinging nettle coulis OR braised beef cheeks, jus, creamy polenta, roasted carrots, glazed turnips.
And: cheese course AND/OR poached pear in white wine, vanilla ice cream
$28 for three courses
$35 for four

  2. What a wonderful and wondrous meal! The fois gras was perfect and the beef cheeks brought me close to weeping. Opa so rocked! The cheese…oh the cheese was heaven, and I did rather enjoy the poached pear with ice cream and homemade filbert brittle. Please do consider having a chocolate option for dessert–oh la la a choice of two desserts–swoon!
